Question Details: I am a New Zealand citizen. I would like to know if you would recommend that I get an online will if I have a single property, cash, cars and shares?

If you have property, it is a good idea to have a will but we don't recommend getting online wills. Although it is possible to make your own will, home-made wills are often open to being challenged, and it may not have the effect you want it to have, so it can be a good idea to use a lawyer or trust company.
