Question Details: My ex partner owns a couple of rental properties. One of which is in a town which I'd like to move back to. Do I have any entitlement to it?

You may have an entitlement, but it depends on a wide range of factors. Factors include the length of your relationship, the way the properties were purchased, etc, etc.
