Question Details: The relevant Act says "If an employee's work period is 2 hours or more but not more than 4 hours, the employee is entitled to one 10-minute paid rest break". My employer says that I must work for at least 2 hours and 1 minute before I'm entitled to my 10 minute break. Which one of us is correct?

You are correct that you are entitled to a 10 minute paid break if you work for exactly 2 hours. As you have noted, the law says "2 hours or more", not "more than 2 hours".
