Click on this link to the website of the Coronial Services of New Zealand: www.justice.govt.nz.

On that website you can search through Recommendations and Findings for cases that were opened under the new Coroners Act 2006 (which came into force on 1 July 2007), and that are now closed.

If you cannot find your friend's report by searching there, the website explains how you can request information.
