I was detained by the police and then released with no conviction. Do I have to worry about anything else?

Question Details: I was detained by the police for a short time after pointing a BB gun at someone. I was released after questioning. I was told there will be no conviction and nothing put on my record. Is there anything further that I need to do?

Given the information you have provided, it does not appear you need to do anything further.

However, you should be aware that while you may not have had anything placed on your criminal record, the Police will have a record of this incident and may not be so lenient in the future.
