Are there any circumstances under which I can withdraw my KiwiSaver funds apart from for a first home deposit or for use in retirement?

Yes, you can withdraw your KiwiSaver funds early in some other circumstances. For example, you may be able to withdraw your funds if you are moving overseas permanently, if you are in serious financial hardship, or if you have a serious or terminal illness.
